Under “Registration”, you will find the button to sign up. Click on “Register as a Participant” and follow the steps in the registration form.

The type of participation you choose (e.g., member, student, etc.) affects the services and prices available. After making your selection, you will be redirected to the corresponding form for creating a new user account.

If you already have an account from previous years, you can continue with the login using your existing user account.

Members of the EACD need their membership number for registration. Please have it ready.
Select your desired offer(s) and confirm the booking, either paid or free of charge. Please pay the participation fee via credit card, bank transfer, or direct debit.

If your selected participation type requires proof, please upload it after completing the booking process.

After completing the registration, you will receive an email. Please check your spam folder if needed.

For your new registration for the congress, you do not need a username/password. You will create your user account during the registration process. In this case, click on the “Register as a Participant” button to start the booking process.

If you are already registered for the congress, you can find your username in the email that was sent to you after completing the registration. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot password?” link.

You can find the IBAN number on your PDF invoice, which was sent to you by email.

You will receive a payment confirmation once the payment has been received and processed by us.

Six out of the ten conference rooms of the main congress will be broadcast live and will be available as video-on-demand afterward. The rooms are marked with “Online” in the online program.

The content will be available on-demand until 31.12.2025.

In-person congress tickets also include online access.

Your certificate of participation will be made available as a PDF document for download in your personal login area after the congress.

Use your username and password created during the registration process to log in. If you have forgotten your password, you can generate a new one using the “Forgot password?” link.

Yes, if you have entered your Unified Continuing Education Number (EFN) during registration. If this is not the case, you can update it in your personal account after logging in. You will receive your certificate of participation regardless, and the assignment of the EFN is not mandatory. If you choose not to provide an EFN, you can report the CME points to your medical association account on your own.

Individual day tickets can be purchased. Separate tickets for individual lectures are not available.

The deadline for bursaries has run out in December 2024.

With a dayticket or a main congress ticket, you get access to the scientific program – except for additional paid program items, such as the gala evening. Separate registration is required for this. Please note that depending on your professional affiliation, participation in industry content may not be possible due to the Medicines Advertising Act.

No. The gala dinner can no longer be booked. However, you can contact Selina Herter (selina.herter@mcon-mannheim.de) to be added to the waiting list.

For a participation type that requires proof (e.g., students, PWLE, press representatives, etc.), you need to provide a certificate confirming your eligibility to book the discounted rate. Upload the proof to your personal account after registration for verification. The proof must be verified before the congress begins and must be valid during the congress.

Yes, the applicable cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions (AGB). Please note that depending on when you cancel, no refund of the participation fee may be possible.

If you wish to participate as an exhibitor with a booth at the congress, pre-registration is also required. Details can be found in the service manual for exhibitors.

You will receive the access data and login link by email about one week before the event.

The PDFs of the ePosters can be accessed on the online platform. ePosters will only be presented live on-site.

The industry exhibition will take place as part of the in-person event.

The videos of the lectures will be available for viewing on the congress platform until 31.12.2025. The available content and its availability duration depend on the consent of the speakers.

Booking hotel rooms, train tickets, or flights is not included in the registration. You must book these separately on your own.

The buses depart in Heidelberg in front of the congress center, West entrance.
Departure Heidelberg -> Maulbronn: 07:00 a.m.

Meeting point: Congress center, West entrance. Departure at 18:00/18:20/19:00 hrs.
Return service with shuttle buses every half hour between 22:15 hrs. and 01:15 hrs.
No child seats are available in the shuttle buses.

Yes, the Heidelberg Congress Center is accessible from Heidelberg main station. It has an underground parking garage with direct elevator access to the Congress Center.
