Registration fees pre-conference

We are pleased to be able to offer you a varied and extensive pre-conference program as part of the EACD IAACD conference 2025. Please note before booking that the pre-conference program will take place at different locations in Heidelberg and Maulbronn.

Presenting authors should register for the main conference (3 days), 1-day registrations will not be accepted. Presenters are automatically registered for the pre-conference in which they are presenting.

**This ticket type is reserved for service providers and policy makers. All other participants of these workshops book the pre-conference/full day ticket (physicians, delegates) and pay the lower regular preconference fees, but must combine these tickets with the main conference registration.

The pre-conferences in Heidelberg are purely face-to-face events and will not be streamed online.

The pre-conferences taking place in Maulbronn are organised by the Child Center Maulbronn and supported by Stiftung Land Baden-Württemberg, City of Maulbronn and the County Enzkreis.

The Hinari category is only available for individuals living in a country eligible for the Hinari Program as set up by WHO for low- and middle- income countries. The following European countries are currently eligible for the Hinari Program: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine.
