Presentation Upload & media acceptance: Deadline 15.6.2025

Please note:

– No uploads will be possible after the deadline.

– After the deadline presentations for the Pre-Congress must be handed over directly to the Session/Course organizer.

– After the deadline presentations for the Main Congress can still be submitted at the Media reception up to 120 minutes before the start of the respective session.

There will be NO Media reception/check-in from 24.06.-25.06.25.

Presentations must be uploaded via the congress portal (see above) from 01.05. until 01.06.25 at the latest. Please, keep in mind that the data will be exported after that deadline to different locations, late arrivals cannot be considered. 

You will receive separate information from your course organizer regarding the presentation upload. No Upload over your personal account on the congress portal.

  • Onsite Presenters: All regular presentations (PowerPoint) presented onsite should be uploaded via the congress portal during 01.05.-01.06.25 at the latest. As we have over 1000 speakers and almost 1500 presentations, we strongly recommend to upload your contribution (e.g. PowerPoint, short films) and come to the media reception onsite only for final check and technical instructions.

Please check the presentation at least two hours before the start of the session (not before the start of the lecture) or the day before, so that the presentation can be checked and converted if necessary.

  • Wednesday: 04:00 pm – 07:00 pm
  • Thursday: 06:15 am – 05:45 pm
  • Saturday: 06:30 am – 11:30 am
  • Friday: 06:15 am – 05:45 pm
  • We do not provide a Power Point template, please use your institutional template in a 16:9 format
  • Keeping time is most crucial and you will be disrupted by the chairs of the session when your time is over!
  • Please prepare not more than 5 to 7 PowerPoint slides for your lecture in order to keep in time.
  • End up with “Take home message” (taking into account that PWLE/ PWD persons are also listening)
  • There will be a group discussion time at the end of the session
  • Please prepare your presentation on a one-page PDF-file. The format needs to be 9:16 (1080 x 1920) portrait and up to 50 MB max.
  • There is no possibility to upload your e-Poster via your personal account on the congress portal. Please upload your E-Poster over the spearte link we have sent you.
  • We do not provide a Power Point template, please use your institutional template in a 16:9 format
  • Keeping time is most crucial and you will be disrupted by the chairs of the session when your time is over!
  • Make sure to sit close to the presenter’s desk in the room before your presentation session starts, so changing time between presenters is reduced to a minimum.
  • Please prepare your pitch presentation with 2 Power Point slides for your lecture.
  • PowerPoint 16:9 format
    End up with “Take home message” (taking into account that PWLE/ PWD persons are also listening)

There will be a group discussion at the end of the session

To get more recognition for your work you have the possibility to create a one-page E-Poster (PDF) in portrait format 9:16 and upload it over the separate link we have sent you. This E-Poster is not a must and won’t be presented, but you have the possibility to reach a broader audience with your work over the E-Poster terminals.

Virtual presenters:

All prerecorded presentations of speakers with virtual registrations must be uploaded via the congress portal during 01.05. – 01.06.25 at the latest.

  • Please record your presentation in Mp4 file embedded in a PowerPoint presentation.
  • Use PowerPoint H264 Codex Format, 16:9 format
  • Discussion time will follow at the end of the session
  • Your active participation in the discussion is only possible in HYBRID rooms as outlined in the final program

Please upload your 2- slide PowerPoint presentation recording in a 16:9 format over your personal account in the congress Portal.

In a hybrid room you can join at the end of the session via zoom for the discussion.

This E-Poster is not a must and won’t be presented, but you have the possibility to reach a broader audience with your work over the E-Poster terminals.

  • End up with “Take home message” and remind that PWLE/ PWD persons can also understand the relevance of your findings
  • Otherwise, there is no template, and you are free in your layout choice.

For all PowerPoint presentations we recommend the following Font sizes:

  • Titles Charts, Arial Bold 40pt
  • Subtitles, Arial Regular 30pt

All presenters: Conflict of Interest

Please also note when preparing your presentation that you include an additional slide on potential conflicts of interest before you start presenting your content. If no conflicts of interest exist, please indicate this on the first slide as well.
